To ensure a more consistent level of play, all matches will be recorded. Winners are required to write down their names for tracking purposes. Please note that only the winners' names are to be recorded, not the scores. At the end of each week, players can check the leaderboard, which displays the average wins per session for each player. We encourage participants to treat this session as they would a tournament, playing at their true skill level.

All Open Plays should be canceled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, your reservation will be refunded as unassigned sessions. This means you'll receive a credit specifically for the canceled Open Play session, allowing you to utilize it for future bookings. It's important to note that cancellations made after the 4-hour benchmark will not reflect a discount on your account. Instead, they will be marked as late cancellations.
