Important Information:

• Minimum Players: A minimum of 4 players is required for the event to take place. If fewer than 4 players register, the event will be canceled.
• Player Limit Adjustment: If there are only 7 players registered, the 7th player will be removed from the list with a full refund 4 hours before the start time.

Note: All match results will be recorded, and the leaderboard will be updated every two weeks, showcasing the best players. To ensure consistency, we request that only players at the 4.5 skill level and above attend this Open Play. Even if you believe you can play at a 4.5 level, if you are not officially rated as a 4.5 player, we kindly ask you not to participate in this session.

All Open Plays should be canceled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, your reservation will be refunded as unassigned sessions. This means you'll receive a credit specifically for the canceled Open Play session, allowing you to utilize it for future bookings. It's important to note that cancellations made after the 4-hour benchmark will not reflect a discount on your account. Instead, they will be marked as late cancellations.
